The Laundry Boss app is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Search for 'The Laundry Boss' and download for free.

You'll need a valid phone number or email address to receive a one-time passcode. Your PIN needs to be 8 digits long with no repeating values.

After creating your new account, you'll be prompted to link your previous account. If you missed this step, select the Menu button at the top right corner and click 'Link Previous Account'.

You must link your account to the laundromat. To do so, scan the QR code in the laundromat and add a machine to your cart. At this point you may delete the machine or check out. Once you go back to the home screen, your location will appear.

Open the Laundry Boss app, scan QR on machine or select your location, select machine # and cycle, add machine to cart, then check out via Loyalty Points, Wallet, Apple Pay, or Credit Card.

All major credit card companies, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, and Apple Pay.

Reach out to the laundromat owner for further assistance. They can verify the transaction and process a refund if needed.

Click your location on the app home screen, select the middle icon at the top, move the bar to the amount you would like to add, then pay with Apple Pay or with a credit card.

Select the Menu button on the top right corner of the app home screen and locate Order History.

Immediately notify an employee of the laundromat or contact the owner of the laundromat for further assistance.

Try these steps: 1) Close the app and reopen, 2) Power cycle your phone, 3) If the QR code isn't scanning, check your network settings and close out the app, 4) If the issue continues, notify the laundromat owner.

Contact the laundromat owner or staff directly. They can address the issue and ensure you receive a refund if your payment was affected.

If you missed the linking process when signing up, select the Menu button at the top right corner and click 'Link Previous Account' to recover your points.

Points are earned automatically when you make purchases at participating laundromats. Check your location's rewards program for specific earning rates.

When checking out, select 'Loyalty Points' as your payment method. You can use points to pay for part or all of your transaction.

The app works on most modern smartphones, both Android and iOS.

The phone number or email address was entered incorrectly during account setup. Close app and repeat the sign-up process with the correct information.

Open the app, tap the Menu button in the top right corner, and select your profile to update your information.
