The Laundry Boss is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We want everyone who visits our site — laundromat owners, their customers, and our partners — to be able to find information, request a demo, and reach our team with ease.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Our website passes automated WCAG 2.1 AA testing with zero violations, including our demo request form. Automated testing covers a portion of the WCAG success criteria, so we complement it with ongoing manual review — keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader testing — as part of our development process. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time result, and we continue to improve.
Some content on our site is provided by third parties — for example, embedded chat widgets and certain scheduling tools. While we choose our partners carefully, we do not control the accessibility of their code. If a third-party feature prevents you from completing a task, please contact us and we will help you complete it through another channel.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, or need information from our site in a different format, we want to hear from you. Please include the page address and a description of the problem so we can respond quickly.
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days.
