Are there any long-term contracts?
Service runs on an initial 48-month contract that includes hardware service and warranty. After the 48 months, your service automatically renews on a month-to-month basis, no re-signing required, and you can cancel any time after the initial term.
How quickly do I get my money?
Funds are settled daily via ACH and deposited the next business day. We never hold your funds, your money is your money. This is one of the biggest differences between us and other platforms.
What payment methods can my customers use?
Coins, bills, credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, EBT, and The Laundry Boss mobile app. Customers can load a digital wallet via credit/debit or cash at the kiosk, or pay as a guest with no account required.
What does installation cost and how long does it take?
Professional installation starts at $3,500 and averages just 2 days. Your store stays open during the entire process. Self-install with remote support is available for $500. We also offer a trip charge option for service visits in the PA/NJ/NY/VA area.
