This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or chargebacks related to Laundry Credit Card transactions will be processed.

 

2. Customer Refunds

 

2.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered for the following reasons:

       The transaction was a duplicate charge.

       Services were not provided or were significantly delayed.

       Faulty equipment or machine malfunction.

 

2.2 Refund Period: Customers have a window of 30 days from the transaction date to request a refund.

 

2.3 Refund Process:

       The customer must provide a valid receipt or transaction ID.

       Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

 

2.4 Refund Amount: Refunds will cover the full amount of the transaction. No partial refunds will be entertained unless the situation warrants it as determined by Laundry Boss LLC.

 

3. Chargebacks

 

3.1 Understanding Chargebacks: A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a charge with their credit card issuer. The issuer then may charge back the transaction amount, plus a fee, to the merchant.

 

3.2 *Chargeback Notification: Laundry Boss LLC will notify the customer if we receive a chargeback related to one of their transactions.

 

3.3 Disputing Chargebacks: If Laundry Boss LLC believes a chargeback is invalid, we may present evidence to the credit card issuer to dispute it. The decision by the issuer is final.

 

3.4 Chargeback Fee: A fee may be applied to the customer’s account in the event of a chargeback. This fee covers administrative and processing costs.
